The mission of the Library & Archives at the San Diego Air & Space Museum is to collect, preserve, and make available for research published, documentary, and visual materials that chronicle the development of Air & Space technology and experience. The Library & Archives of the San Diego Air & Space Museum actively encourages the use of the Museum’s research materials to further the public’s education of aviation and space history and technology.
The San Diego Air and Space Museum's digital collection at California Revealed consists of texts and audio recordings from the 1930s to 2000s. The collection includes several oral history interviews and radio recordings (including one of the 1969 moon landing). The collection also includes several scrapbooks made by Reuben H.
