Collection Description

The Richmond Museum Association is a charitable organization dedicated to preserving the diverse history of the greater Richmond, California area. Education programs, interpretive exhibits, a permanent collection of artifacts related to local history connect the past to the present and bring history to life. Local history is important in Richmond because it shows extraordinary feats have been accomplished here and inspires us to achieve the same in our lives.
