"Army" Armstrong. My father, Army Armstrong, and mother, Clara Armstrong were long time S.C. members. We took many trips especially after the war. Army was a geologist. He lectured at campfires in the David Brower era. My mother took her grandchildren on later trips. e camped several years at Mineral King in the 1930s. They made many friends on the S.C. trips. Friends: Eliz and Morgan Cuthbertson - Atty, Ansel Adams, Albert Marshall, artist, Dot Pepper, teacher, Bill Davies, landscape architect, Cedric Wright, photographer, I worked in the 1952 Commissary with Charlotte Mauk & Ted. The maiden name was Judy Armstrong. It was an unforgettable experience. My sister, Sally, also worked in 1950 (?) Commissary. Sincerely, Mary (Judy) Tuverson. I hope the films can be of some interest.
