Description
Harold Martin: City manager of the City of Ontario, from 1945-47. Talks about health dept. No hospital in Ontario. Dental clinic was located in old City Hall on Euclid. Ontario kept own birth and death records. City couldnt keep up with health programs, county took over operation of City Health dept. First Library built by the Carnegie foundation in 1908. Library condemned, inadequate based on space in 1960. Talks about the Mule car and All States picnic.
