The CSUMB Oral History and Community Memory Archive contains oral history interviews conducted between 1995-2014 that relate to our local communities and the University. For decades, Fort Ord army base was the center of the community in Marina and Seaside, California. This interview details individual experiences of life at Fort Ord and WWII.
