Bill Rase (1926-2006), was a well-known Sacramento musician and media figure. He founded and performed with the Bill Rase Band starting in the 1950s until his death. He was a disc jockey on local radio in the 1950s, hosted a television variety show, and portrayed "Bosun Bill" on a children's television show. Scrapbook 3 (Bill Rase Band, Studios

Additional Technical Notes about materials
There are lots of inserts/ multipage programs etc we are not capturing (different from other scrapbooks) only capture inserts/ multipage programs etc where instructed. Stray markings, staining/ discoloration present. Some photos don���t appear flat and some are flawed. Some objects secured shut and can't be viewed. Some glue has bleed through objects making some unreadable, things appear missing.
